Galepath was one of the ancient cities of the Frobozz province, united by Entharion the Wise to form the Kingdom of Quendor. He also built Largoneth Castle near Galepath and Mareilon.
Galepath is the site of Galepath University, one of the prestigious Moss-League colleges.
In the fifth century the scholar Bizboz was on the faculty at Galepath University, and Leonardo Flathead himself would attend the University in the eighth century.
It seems that Galepath was one of the lands that participated in the small conflicts and were to be united by Syovar under the Kingdom of Zork. In the days leading to the Conference of Quendor, Galepath was one of the lands that used the truce to amass some armies, and in case the Conference broken up in acrimony, the Galepath army was ready to mass on the border of Frobozz. However the Treaty of Quendor was signed successfully.
